Shipping & Delivery Policy
At Elveria, we are committed to delivering your order as smoothly and transparently as possible.
As many of our items are offered on a pre-order basis, production begins according to the orders received. This allows us to maintain a high level of quality and avoid unnecessary overstock.
Order Processing Time
Because our products are made to order or produced in line with demand, please allow up to 10 business days to 2 weeks for order processing before shipment.
During periods of high demand, promotional events, or unexpected logistical disruptions, processing times may be extended. In such cases, please allow up to 7 additional days.
We appreciate your patience and understanding, as this production model helps us ensure the best possible quality for every order.
Shipping Times
Once your order has been processed and shipped, estimated delivery time is generally 8 to 10 business days, excluding weekends, public holidays, customs clearance delays, and carrier disruptions.
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your country, local postal services, customs procedures, and unforeseen transportation issues.
Estimated shipping times will be displayed at checkout when available.
Worldwide Shipping
Elveria ships worldwide, including to countries within the European Union.
Please note that some destinations may be subject to local import restrictions, customs controls, or delivery limitations beyond our control. If an order cannot be fulfilled due to legal or logistical restrictions in the destination country, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a refund where appropriate.
Customs Duties, Taxes, and Import Charges
Customers are fully responsible for paying any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, handling fees, or other charges imposed by their country, customs authorities, or local postal services.
By placing an order with Elveria, you acknowledge and agree that your package may be subject to such charges upon arrival in your country. These fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Goods are imported on behalf of the consignee or buyer. The consignee authorizes Elveria to import the goods on their behalf and agrees that Elveria may delegate the importation process to a subcontractor when necessary.
Tracking Information
A tracking number will be provided for all orders once the package has been shipped.
You will receive your tracking information by email. Please also check your spam or junk folder in case the email is filtered there.
Please note that for some shipping carriers, tracking updates may take 2 to 5 business days to appear in the system. If your order has been shipped and the tracking has not updated immediately, this is usually normal.
If more than 5 business days have passed since shipment and no tracking information is available, please contact us.
Address Accuracy
We will ship your order to the address provided at checkout exactly as entered by the customer.
Elveria is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information entered by the customer. Please ensure that your billing and shipping details are accurate before confirming your order.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. We will do our best to update the information before the order is shipped. Once the order has been dispatched, we cannot guarantee that changes can still be made.
If a parcel is returned due to an address error provided by the customer, the order may be reshipped at the customer’s expense, or refunded minus any shipping and return costs incurred.
Lost Packages
Elveria is not responsible for lost packages resulting from incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
If a delivery issue occurs after the parcel has arrived in the destination country, it is the customer’s responsibility to contact the local postal service or delivery carrier for assistance.
If you believe your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you in opening an investigation with the carrier.
Returned Packages
Returned packages for which Elveria is not responsible may be reshipped at the customer’s expense.
If a refund is granted for a package returned for reasons not attributable to Elveria, the refund will be issued in full minus any shipping costs, return costs, customs charges, or other expenses incurred by Elveria.
Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order without penalty within 48 hours of placing it.
After this 48-hour period, production and order handling may already have begun, especially since our items are offered on a pre-order basis. In such cases, cancellation may no longer be possible.
To request a cancellation, please contact us by email with "CANCELLATION" in the subject line.
If the item has already been shipped, unfortunately we will not be able to cancel the order.
Shipping Delays
While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, Elveria is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, postal disruptions, carrier issues, force majeure events, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
All delivery times are estimates and should not be considered guaranteed.
Returns Sent by Customers
If you are returning an item, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
